Pool

The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of our hot springs run deep. Some say deeper than the Mother Spring that feeds them.

This is a place of vitality and profound renewal… a natural hot springs destination in one of Colorado’s most picturesque mountain towns, where wide-open spaces and room to breathe come naturally. An experience that brings us together and yet can be deeply personal, a place of healing and belonging; can a resort be transformative? We think so.

Warm and Welcoming

A place where nature and recreation meet relaxation and rejuvenation, is yours to discover. Perched along the banks of the San Juan River, three resort buildings are just steps from all 25 geothermal pools. Whether you are looking for a romantic night soaking under the stars or a base for your Rocky Mountain adventure, our resort is a perfect place to begin or end your nature escape. Explore more with activities such as Aqua Yoga, Forest Bathing Hiking, and Yoga that are included with your stay.

Health & Wellness Experiences

What does it mean to recreate, to rejuvenate, to recover? Is it an escape to a small Rocky Mountain town? For us, the path to wellness sits along the banks of the beautiful San Juan River, where our unique natural setting is flowing with natural therapeutic qualities beyond the mineral water of our hot spring pools. Sunshine, crisp clean air, surrounded by lush forest- explore deeper healing benefits of your experience with wellness activities included with your stay.

Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Lithium, Iron, Manganese … our geothermal waters contain 13 minerals in all, scientifically proven to promote healthy skin, lower blood pressure, strengthen bones and muscles, increase energy and much more.  It’s no wonder when the Southern Ute Indian tribe discovered the waters bubbling forth from the Mother Spring hundreds of years ago, they named it Pagosa- from the Ute word meaning “healing waters.”
