FUSION MIXOLOGY BAR

A Latin-inspired Mixology Bar, with high energy and hand-crafted cocktails, featuring drinks from Mexico, Trinidad, Brazil and Peru made from Tequila, Rum, Cachaca and Pisco. Latin music reminiscent of the Rumba, Salsa and Samba and images of South American create a fun atmosphere. Specialty cocktails retail at $10 and infused shots at $6. The nearly 2,100-square-foot space features a circular bar offering more than 50 wines by the glass, available in half glass and full glass servings, or as part of a wine flight. To compliment its extensive wine selections, Double Helix is proud to present select menu offerings from celebrity chef, Emeril Lagasse, and his acclaimed team at neighboring Table 10.
